Cabin Rentals in Marmaris
After long research of available lodging options for vacationing in Marmaris, Turkey, my husband and I decided on renting a cabin rather than a hotel. The reasons were many: space, privacy, comfort, and affordability.
Turkey is seeing a surge in popularity as a tourist destination, and rightfully so. It is a beautiful country with diverse landscapes and a welcoming culture. But with the influx of visitors has come rising hotel prices. For the same price or even less, we were able to find a cabin with enough space for the two of us, complete with a kitchen, living area, and bedroom.
Privacy was another key factor in our decision. Hotels can feel quite cramped, especially if you’re sharing a room with others. Whereas in a cabin, we could come and go as we pleased, listen to music or watch TV without disturbing others, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the woods or the view of the sea.
Comfort was likewise important. Our cabin had all the amenities we needed, from Wi-Fi to a washing machine, and we could cook our own meals instead of eating out all the time and spending more money.
Lastly, affordability. Cabin rentals can be a fraction of the cost of a hotel, especially if you’re traveling during the low season like we did. We saved hundreds of dollars by opting for a cabin rather than a hotel, and we still felt like we had a luxurious and relaxing vacation.
All in all, we were very happy with our decision to rent a cabin in Marmaris. If you’re looking for a more affordable, comfortable, and private option than a hotel, I recommend doing the same!.
